Terms and Conditions – 24phpark Gaming Platform Philippines

By accessing or using any service provided by 24phpark — including but not limited to the website at 24phpark.net, any associated mobile application, live games, sports betting markets, promotional tools, or customer support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any person who interacts with the 24phpark platform in any capacity. They are effective from the moment you first access the site and remain in force for as long as your account exists or until terminated in accordance with the provisions set out below.

To register and maintain an account at 24phpark, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling participation in the Philippines, and 24phpark strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services is legal under applicable local laws at the time of use.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, whether administered by 24phpark or any relevant regulatory body.
• You must not be employed by 24phpark, its affiliates, partner studios, game providers, or any organisation with a business relationship that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any third party.

24phpark may request identity documents at any stage to verify eligibility. Members who cannot or will not provide satisfactory documentation when asked may have their account suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold pending verification. We take age verification seriously — no exceptions.

Each individual may hold only one account on the 24phpark platform. Creating or attempting to create duplicate accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent a restriction, or for any other reason — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

All funds deposited into a 24phpark account must come from a payment method that is registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party funding is not permitted. 24phpark reserves the right to reverse transactions and request documentation if the source of funds is unclear or if a mismatch between account name and payment account is detected.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the 24phpark cashier section and may vary by payment method. The following channels are currently supported for Philippine members:

• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers

All transactions on 24phpark are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). Deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes. 24phpark does not charge members for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposited funds may not earn interest. 24phpark is not a financial institution, and member balances held on the platform are not covered by any bank insurance or deposit guarantee scheme.

Withdrawals from your 24phpark account will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the technical capabilities of each channel. If this is not possible, 24phpark will contact you to arrange an alternative, provided it is registered in your name.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the KYC verification procedure described in Section 3. 24phpark reserves the right to hold funds pending verification for up to 48 hours in standard cases, or longer in complex cases where additional documentation is needed.

Bets placed and confirmed on 24phpark are final. Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by our system, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed by the member. If you disagree with any changes to the Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with Section 5. Continued use of 24phpark after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.

You may close your 24phpark account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closing your account voluntarily, any remaining eligible balance (after deduction of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be paid out to your verified payment method.

24phpark may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse promotions, attempt to exploit technical faults, or otherwise behave in a manner that 24phpark determines to be harmful to the platform, other members, or the integrity of the games.

In cases of account closure due to a breach, 24phpark reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, those funds may be forfeited. 24phpark will communicate the reason for closure to the affected member in writing where it is legally permissible to do so.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of 24phpark shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable regulatory procedure.

24phpark encourages members to contact our support team in the first instance to resolve any concern or complaint. We aim to respond to all formal complaints within five business days and to resolve the majority of issues without recourse to formal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with 24phpark, the member may refer the matter to the applicable regulatory authority in accordance with the governing licensing framework.
